Hi Gary,

I am happy to let you know our thoughts on being with the IGA Group Employee Benefit Program. We switched our health insurance coverage in February of this year because they were willing to do a customized plan for our group which gave us a good health plan with reasonable premiums.

The customer service has been great. Staci and Juanita in the main office have always been very helpful and any changes have been made efficiently.

Our PPO network is OK - to get 100% coverage we need to travel about 150 miles to Billings but our Non-network coverage, because of our customized plan, is still good.

While we are still in the early months of this program, those few employees who have had to use their coverage have had no complaints.

We will certainly be looking to IGA next February when we renew to see what they can continue to do for us.

Foods Etc IGA has been on the IGA health insurance for two years and have seen savings in excess of $20,000.00. This is an outstanding example of the value that IGA brings to its members.
